Redhill Hospitality Management is focused on growing a portfolio of regional Australian motels that provide value to both guests and investors.

We commonly manage our motels through one of the following engagement models:
‣ Freehold Going Concern owned by Redhill Hospitality,
‣ Lease owned by Redhill Hospitality,
‣ FHGC or Lease owned by another group, but managed by Redhill Hospitality

Despite increasing domestic tourism, this sector struggles with poor management, under investment and insufficient economies of scale – we see this as opportunity!

Redhill Management Services provides high-quality, outsourced hospitality services tailored for businesses that don’t operate in the traditional hospitality space. Whether supporting government organisations, universities, defence sites, or remote workforce camps, this division delivers reliable, contract-based solutions in cleaning, maintenance, and food service.

Operating without owning infrastructure, the team partners with clients to optimise on-site execution, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain service consistency. It focuses on designing and building niche, highly practical technology products that solve real operational problems across the hospitality industry. Our Founders

With backgrounds in military leadership, investment banking, and strategic consulting, the founders of Redhill Management Group bring a wealth of expertise across industries, driving innovation and operational excellence in hospitality, services, and business management.

Guy Peterson

Guy is a former Australian Army Officer, where he led other Commissioned Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers in both strategic headquarter environments and various deployed operational roles. During the course of Guy’s Defence career he received many medals and awards in recognition of his exemplary service.

James Hyndes

James previously held senior roles as a Director of equity sales with investment banks Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Macquarie Bank. He has experience in listing more than 100 companies across Asian and Australian equity markets and worked in South Korea, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
